This page describes how Eight Fifteen Labs LLC handles information in connection with this website.

This website

This site is a static page. It does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and it does not ask you for personal information. As with any website, the hosting provider may record standard server logs such as IP address, timestamp, and requested page.

Email

If you email us, we receive whatever you send — your address, message, and any attachments. We use it only to reply and we do not sell or share it.

YouTube

The studio's tools (Eight Fifteen Labs tools, an internal command-line program used only by the studio) use YouTube API Services to upload videos to our channel, youtube.com/@EightFifteenLabs, and to read that channel's analytics. They never access anyone else's YouTube account or data.

The tools store our channel's ID and name, the IDs and status of the videos we upload, our channel's view and engagement figures, and the sign-in token that lets them act for the channel. These are kept in files on the studio's computers. We never sell or share them.

Stored YouTube data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days. It is deleted within 30 days of access being revoked, and within 7 days of a request to delete it. Access can be revoked at any time at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

YouTube is a Google service, and Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Questions about this section can go to contact@eightfifteenlabs.com.

Apps and games

Products released by Eight Fifteen Labs LLC may have their own privacy terms. Where they do, those terms are published with the product and apply to it.

Changes

This page may be updated as the studio's work changes. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
