Toy Club: Sort & Match 3D is a game by Eight Fifteen Labs LLC. There are no accounts in the Game, so there is no account to delete. You can erase your data on your device and ask us to delete the data linked to your copy of the Game at any time.
How to request deletion
- Open Toy Club and open Settings (the gear button). During a level, Pause works too.
- Tap Privacy & Data → Delete my Data, then Delete to confirm.
- The Game erases your progress, coins and settings on the device, and your email app opens a message to privacy@eightfifteenlabs.com that already contains your installation ID. Send it.
Want to keep playing? Tap Request Deletion on the same Privacy & Data screen instead. It opens the same email without erasing anything on your device. Your installation ID is also shown at the bottom of that screen.
We don't collect your name or email address, so the installation ID is the only way we can find the data linked to your copy of the Game. Please request deletion from inside the Game, before you uninstall it.
Already uninstalled? The installation ID was deleted with the Game, and the data that was linked to it can no longer be connected to you by us or by anyone else. It is deleted automatically on the schedule below ("If you don't ask"). If you made a purchase, you can still email privacy@eightfifteenlabs.com with the subject "Toy Club - delete my data" and your store receipt: our purchase records carry the store's order number, so we can find and delete those.
We confirm by email and complete the request within the time the law requires (usually 30 days in the EEA and UK, 45 days in California).
What is deleted
- On your device, at once (Delete my Data): your progress, coins, boosters, lives, collection, settings and consent choices. The Game also gets a new installation ID and a new analytics ID, so nothing sent afterwards is linked to the old data.
- Gameplay analytics (GameAnalytics) linked to your installation ID.
- Usage statistics (Google Firebase Analytics) linked to your installation ID.
- In-app purchase records that Unity's purchase service keeps for your installation ID.
- Our email correspondence with you, once the request is closed.
If you don't ask
Data linked to your installation ID is deleted automatically anyway:
- Usage statistics (Firebase Analytics): after 2 months.
- Unity's in-app purchase service logs: after 90 days.
- Gameplay analytics (GameAnalytics): after up to 12 months (rolling), when it is anonymized or deleted.
What is kept, and for how long
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) are not linked to your installation ID; they are deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Purchase records held by Apple or Google are kept by them as tax and accounting law requires. Purchases stay with your store account, so Settings → Restore Purchases can bring No Ads and the Premium Pass back after a deletion.
- Advertising data is held by Google under its own policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings and manage it at https://myadcenter.google.com.
- Server logs for level downloads (Unity Cloud Content Delivery) are not linked to your installation ID and expire on the provider's routine schedule.
- Copies in your device backups (iCloud or Android backup) follow your backup settings; restoring an older backup can bring old progress back.
- Your notification permission is a setting of your device, not of the Game. Change it in your device's settings.
