It helps to include:
- your device (for example "iPhone 15" or "Pixel 8") and its OS version;
- the version of the Game (your device's app settings show it);
- the board number, if the problem is on a particular board;
- a screenshot, if you can.
Common questions
I bought the VIP Pack and the ads are back.
Open Settings → Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.
I paid but didn't get my coins.
Close the Game completely and reopen it with an internet connection; pending purchases are delivered on the next launch. If they still haven't arrived, email us with your store receipt (Apple sends it by email; Google Play shows it under Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history).
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds come from them:

I reinstalled the Game (or got a new phone) and my progress is gone.
Progress, coins, hints and reveals are saved on your device. They come back only if you restore a device backup or transfer your phone with one; there is no account or cloud save in the Game. The VIP Pack's ad removal can always be restored with Settings → Restore purchases; coin packs can't be restored.
I'm stuck on a word.
Try another card: a board can be solved in any order, and an answer found on one card fills in its word on every card it touches. A Hint clears a decoy letter from the tray, and a Reveal places the next letter for you. When you have none left, the button shows its price in coins.
I ran out of tries.
Each board gives you three tries. When they run out you can watch a short video to get all three back and carry on, or restart the board for free with the same words. A restart resets your streak, so the video is the way to keep it.
How do I switch between light and dark?
Settings → Appearance: choose Light, Dark, or System to follow your phone.
How do I turn off the music or the sound effects?
Settings has a slider for each. Slide it all the way down to turn it off.
How do I change my ad or privacy choices?
Settings → Privacy options, which appears wherever a consent choice applies (for example in the EEA and UK). On iPhone and iPad you can also change tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the Game from your device: that erases everything it stored. See Delete your data for the details, and the Privacy Policy for what we hold and your rights.
